Legacy International Life Center & Campus Inc. mission is to establish an environment for the learning and growth through classes, seminars, workshops and training in a culturally sensitive manner. We also provide services for the community by presenting educational classes for the youth, adult, seniors, and the underprivileged individuals in the community.
In today’s economy, we have come to learn that it is proportional to the housing market. So many have lost their homes in Ocean County due to lack of knowledge, misunderstanding of what “it takes to own a home.” We here at Legacy International want to stop this domino effect affecting the low and moderate income households of Ocean County, by presenting them with the opportunity to work with realtors, housing agencies, community development organizations, down payment assistance providers, lenders and financial institutions all in one centralized location.
It is our desire at Legacy International Life Center and Campus, Inc to overcome the negative influences that are facing the family structure in the community today. With mortgage rates remain near historic lows today, making homeownership even more affordable. It is our hope to help create a atmosphere for positive growth and change helping build a stronger community thereby building a stronger America.
All over America the economic downturn has had an effect upon all from the affluent to the middle class. Bankruptcies and foreclosures continue to rise all over the state of New Jersey thus affecting the way that businesses and organizations operate. In an effort to serve the communities of Ocean County, Legacy International would like to propose "The Educational Housing Expo".
What are we trying to accomplish with the show?
Legacy International is going to introduce to the general public the facts concerning today’s mortgage crisis, the how’s and why’s along with where do the people get certified help. This expo is not only for the household that is currently being affected, but also for the clients that are in the market to purchase a home.
Sponsored attendants will represent themselves as to the services that they offer to the attendees of the expo. Sponsored attendants will present seminars in the various processes of purchasing, refinancing, loan modification of either present home or their first home and the financial programs to assist with down payments or closing cost.
